Mission and Policies

Dentistry that provides empathy, superior care and excellent quality for the enrichment of all.

Hours of Operation

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Occasionally, we will be closed for holidays, continuing education or office maintenance.

Appointments

Scheduled appointments allow us to see as many patients as possible and still reserve time just for you. We make a sincere attempt to keep to the appointment schedule as closely as possible to eliminate any unnecessary wait. Equally, we ask that you give us 48 hours advanced notice if it becomes necessary to change your appointment. That way, we can help you with scheduling another appointment and give others a chance to see us during that time.

In cases of emergency, every effort will be made to see the patient as soon as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding if an emergency arises and causes a delay in your scheduled appointment.

Financial

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. To aid our patients, we have several payment options. Of course, there are the old favorites: cash, check or money order, as well as all major credit cards.

For those that want to split payments over a longer period of time, flexible payment plans are also available through Care Credit. Care Credit is a company that has a long history of helping patients make their treatments affordable by offering traditional lines of credit intended specifically for dental work. The simple application is done right in our office or on your own by clicking Care Credit. Their primary advantage is to allow you to complete your dental treatment right away and pay at your own pace.

Before each appointment, be sure to verify your cost estimate. No one likes unexpected surprises

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
